Nicole Quist is a musician with many talents that include extensive piano and vocal performance experience. In addition to her passion for music, Nicole is a chemical engineer with a love for math and science. Her love for music combined with her engineering mind brings a unique blend of the arts and structure. She loves working with her students as they come to discover the same love she has for music.
Nicole has played the piano since she was five years old. She is certified under The Royal Conservatory of Music. She has performed in many local and provincial festivals in Canada. In addition to playing the piano at her local church, she plays the organ each Sunday. Her musical training also includes vocal performance.
She performed for many years in musical theater, winning several awards for her solo pieces. She has joined many talented choirs throughout her life. These choirs have brought her to sing at locations such as Carnegie Hall, the Vatican, and Parliament Hill in Canada. Nicole loves to teach and share her musical knowledge with her students. Her laugh draws her students in from the very first lesson while her structured lessons help keep her students on track for success.
Nicole is married and is originally from Alberta, Canada. She and her husband reside in The Woodlands. They love to cycle, read, and attend concerts. She attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where she received her degree in Chemical Engineering.
