Terms & Conditions
- Recital times are first come, first served. Once a recital is full, registration will be deferred to the next available recital.
- We do not charge entry fees or ticket fees. However, our recital fee for each child’s performance is the only fee to participate. You are welcome to invite any friends and family to the occasion!
- Recital Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We suggest waiting to see if you have a conflicting event rather than immediately registering when slots open.
- Students with a past-due balance will not be allowed to participate until all fees are paid in full.
- Customers on Automated Payments will still need to register for the recital separately.
- In addition, we will not automatically register you or charge your recital fee.
- Registration is only open to LESSONS ON THE GO students.
- Lessons On The Go reserves the right to photograph, distribute, and/or display photographs for social media and commercial use.
- Lessons On The Go will not be held liable for any damages, accidents, or injury that may occur at, near, or in any way in regards to this event or location.
- Registering for the recital via payment is considered agreement to these terms and conditions.
Important Details
- Students should wear what they are comfortable in, but attire can be casual or semi-formal.
- Students are to bring their assigned pieces with them so they can perform with the sheet music they are accustomed to using. While the teacher may have copies, it will not be guaranteed.
- Please arrive at the location at least 15-20 minutes early. While there is plenty of seating, seating is also first come-first served.
- Families are asked to stay for the entire recital unless you have an emergency. It is considered as disrespectful and rude to leave a music performance early.
- If you need to make any changes to your slot, please contact us as soon as possible.
- While we attempt to make every effort to properly print each student’s name, we want to ensure no errors are made in the program. Therefore, please contact us if the student has a different surname, etc.
- In conclusion, be prepared to have fun! Dosey Doe has food, drinks, lattes, and more!
